Foscam Pro is the most feature rich app to take advantage of your Foscam brand IP cameras. Foscam Pro has now been stability tested for 24 hours on multiple devices and iOS versions.

Other MJPEG cameras might work, just choose one in the settings that looks similar. If you find cameras that are compatible, please let us know and we will add them to this list.

To view your cameras remotely (over 3G/4G/Edge/other wifi networks), you will have to set up dynamic DNS and port forwarding on your home router. Try to get this working with your browser first.

Get instant-on audio from your camera. Now you can see and hear what is going on at your camera location.
Foscam Pro uses all native iOS code without any external libraries that slow the audio connection process.
Audio can be quickly turned on or off so that you can save bandwidth if needed.

Talking through your camera couldnt be easier. Simply hold the microphone button to talk and release to stop.

Security: With Foscam Pro, your username and passwords are encoded. Other apps send your usernames and passwords in plain text, increasing your risk of having them stolen when using public networks. Foscam Pro features an optional passcode lock screen. If your iPhone is stolen, the criminal wont be able to watch your cameras.

Take pictures and videos with ease. Videos and images are captured instantly without interference, popups, or waiting. Optional image enhancement is available for older cameras. Captured images turn out looking better than the actual video feed. Images and videos are sent directly to your camera roll. You can e-mail or upload them to YouTube from there.

Foscam Pro offers two methods for controlling your pan and tilt cameras. The first is a simple on-screen joystick. When you first tap it, it centers on your finger, then just drag to control. Optionally, there is an image drag mode. Simply drag the video feed like you would a web page and it will scroll to the new location.

Fast, easy setup: Most people with multiple cameras have them setup with similar network settings, often only the port number is different. With Foscam Pros duplicate feature, setting up multiple cameras takes only a few seconds.

Setting up the same cameras on multiple devices? Foscam Pro allows you to e-mail your camera settings to yourself, coworkers, family or friends. You dont even have to let them know the passwords.

Additionally, Foscam Pro allows you to use local addresses for when you are on the same network as the cameras, and remote addresses for when you are away from the home location. This allows you to get the best connection no matter where you are.

Want to save bandwidth? Foscam Pro has three bandwidth saving modes to choose from.

-Added ability to turn on and off Foscam camera motion detection, e-mail alerts, ftp upload and upload rate, motion compensation, and scheduler usage.
-Added ability to turn on and off that annoying blinking green LED light.
-Added ability to adjust pan and tilt speed for capable cameras.
-Added ability to background the audio. Just press the home button while listening to audio. This pauses the video stream and saves tons of bandwidth, running at about 17 megabytes per hour.
-Added ability to turn preset position capability on and off.
-Added better error messages.
-Prevented crash when connected to something other than camera.

We added "In App" motion detection while viewing single cameras.
Also added "In App" face detection (for iOS 5.0 and above).

With both the in-app motion and face detection, you can set it to sound an alarm, take a picture, take a 10 second video, or take a 60 second video.

Just for fun we added a motion or face following feature for cameras with Pan and Tilt capability. We recommend using this feature with your pan and tilt speed set to less than half of full speed. When something is moving in front of the camera, the camera will attempt to center on it.

Added a preset button
-Added ability to use preset positions, just press the location (preset) icon. Tap to go, Hold to set. (like car radio presets).

Great app! I was hesitant at first to get this one over some of the other designs that had been around for longer and had more reviews, but I am so glad I did! We use it as a baby monitor and it works as advertised. I am very impressed with the quality and ease of use.
