NO BUTTERFLIES?!? (2 stars)
Generally I like the Audobon guides. However, in starting with the insects & spider app, butterflies are not included! What about a monarch isn't an insect?

Come on, either accurately describe the massive gap on the store, or include the kinds of insects many, many users would want.

How in the world can you not have fruit flies?!

Not much help (2 stars)
The problem I've had with the Audubon guides is that they favor vague photos over idealized illustrations like those in the Peterson guides. Imagine trying to see those pictures as a small thumbnail; difficult on an iPad, impossible on an iPhone, particularly if you are outdoors where you are most likely to use these guides! Sometimes, for a moth, they only show the caterpillar!
