They do have good customer service that got back with me very quick. Needs higher resolution and landscape mode. And why was today's update to just change the icon?? Give us PAID customers a free effect or two.. Argh Great app (4 stars) I like that it DOESN'T use full resolution, as I am loading 100s of photos each day onto a hard drive as Internet icons. The effects are great too. No bueno (1 star) I cant access my library from the app, so i can only use it on a picture the moment i take it..,rggg.
