I had paid $4.99 in July of 2010 for the add-free version of this app, and it seems that they have now created something called Soundhound Infinity and want me to pay ANOTHER $6.99 to "upgrade" to the add-free version. This is crap, and in my mind, tantamount to thievery. I THE 1 & ONLY (5 stars) SoundHound is the ONLY song recognition app you need! I especially find it COOL that when the lyrics appear, it automatically scrolls along to the song you're listening to (iPhone has to be horizontal to do this). Wether you begin listening to a song from the beginning, middle or end, the app just seems to know where to bring you in with the lyrics! Music to your AND 's! Get it. Use it.
