It takes more work hours to build these than most people realize. So I'm not against them creating a brand new version and charging for it. What I'm against is they left their original customers out to dry by not issuing updates for the original all along, and not providing some sort of notice the other one was coming. You're doing it wrong. The app I like it, But... (1 star) They should have updated it to beatmaker 2. This app never had updates while I owned it unlike so many others, and for the price of $20 it should. The app itself is quite good. I questions the companies lack of commitment to customers. Not good... (1 star) I just paid $19.99 a little while ago for version 1 and not they want another 19.95 for an upgrade. Not good. Apple is making Garage Band available this Friday that has more instruments, 8 tract sequencer and much user friendly all for 4.99! Don't purchase version 2 people! Give Garage Band a try!
