I just ran into this app and downloaded it. It's helpful in keeping track of ur days and your weight, which is motivational in completing your diet. It also has good information about what the ingredients do for our body as well as the actual diet. I would recommend to anyone. Add forum / group discussion (4 stars) It would be nice to have a group discussion so it will help us to continue without any distraction. (1 star) I don't understand why there USA weight chart. This diet isn't suppose to be about weight, it's about cleaning your system and taking care of your body. Weight has nothing to do with it. Im on my third day of this cleanse and I needed a little inspiration -thought this app would help - but it just told me everything I already knew. Waste of $1.99!!
