Wish it tracked nicotine gum too.. That said its the best app I've found so far and after several weeks I have cut my smoking down by half. We will see whether it gets me all the way there.

I've decided to try again for probably the 15th time. I wasn't sure I was ready. There's always some 'reason' to pick another date. But, for some reason, I Googled 'quit smoking apps' last night and this was highly recommended. I can see why. The tools are great and the support is amazing.

If you are remotely ready to quit and can give up the five minutes to get on the app instead of smoking, I think you will find inspiration.
