I love this app. Every day is a great workout. However, I'm on day 5 and it keeps crashing. Not sure what the issue is.

I share this app with my husband. He's the crazy fitness type and says the advanced really pushes him. I'm feeling just fine with the beginner because I'm using it to supplement my run training. I may give intermediate a try after my race. Really interesting program, never boring. Lots of changes from upper to lower body, so use when you think you can't take anymore, she switches to another body part so you can keep your heart rate up while

I'm not sure why the reviewer below says you have to log in. i just pressed 'No thanks' and the app work greats. You can login if you want to track workouts online, but you're not forced to chill!
