Why does it not calculate the standard PMI for you? Or, allow you to estimate taxes or homeowners insurance using a % you can adjust? Also, history is buggy and won't let you delete saved loans---making me uninstall and reinstall program.

What did I just pay for? (1 star)
Dissappointed that the app has frozen on the history screen with only the background colors. I used it ONCE!! Every time I bring up the app, I get the same background for the history screen. The support page was of little use - no information on how to correct the issue. Love my brand new iPhone, but this app was a waste of money.

This is a revised review. I had the same "history-freezing" issue as many users have described below and this is how I fixed it: In the iPhone/iPod settings find the app EZ Loan Pro and make sure that the Show history first option is ON. Next, open the app itself, create the new loan and save it. That should solve the problem.
