The U-verse app gives you access to your AT&T U-verse DVR at home to schedule and manage recordings, view and search within your channel guide, and set favorite shows & channels. U-verse customers can also download or stream popular shows from the mobile library to watch on their iPhone.

We don't yet have the rights to make shows available on all devices, or to make more shows available for download and watch. We're working hard to continue to gain rights for mobile access.

U-verse Mobile can be accessed via cellular or Wi-Fi connectivity.

This version of the U-verse Mobile app is compatible iPhone 3GS and newer and iPod touch 3rd generation and newer. It is also compatible with the iPad, however, the download or stream and watch feature is not available on the iPad due to content rights limitations.

Some people shouldn't have "smart" phones (5 stars)
I read that someone had to spend 84.00 and how others can't get the app to work, etc. All I did was d/l the app, go to 9301 and.....follow the directions!!! It works great! I only wish I could access the volume. Then I could really mess with my hubby when he won't give me the remote. :). This was easy to install and it works without going to any website OR spending a dime!

I've had this app for years now and have often used it to set a recording while out of town. I'm SO excited to now use it as a remote. But...let's see how long it works before it crashes as it has happened many times in the past.
