Great Content. Terrible Programming (2 stars)
Bought this today and my two year old loved it. She even requested it again this evening. Unfortunately, it froze completely 3 pages in (it also temporarily froze several times during the initial reading), and after several relaunches, we gave up and moved to an actual book. Had to delete the app and reinstall to get it to work. This is a $4.00 app that, frankly, isn't very complicated. For that price, I expect it to work. If it happens

Good but bad (3 stars)
Great digital adaption to this book! I was reading around the other Random House book app reviews and the common theme is man of them will freeze.
This app freezes on my iPad and iPhone. Frustrated I paid $4 for this and it won't work. It is on sale now for $0.99 and I would certainly buy it now that it is so cheap. I'm sure a fix is around the corner.

Great for older tots (4 stars)
My 16-month-old is still a bit to young for this app unless I do it for her. It's a great interactive story app and I can't wait for her to be old enough to do it on her own. She loves dogs though, so it is still a have.
