Notes, Keys, Intervals, and Chords all contain the following features:

Contains all four clefs (Treble, Alto, Tenor, and Bass)
Set how many questions there are in the quiz (1 to 50).
Set the option to only grade the questions answered, so you can stop at any time
Allow you to work in ink on paper, or chalk on a chalkboard.
Has a timer to record how long it takes to finish the quiz, if you desire. It can also be turned off.

Notes – Ear Training
Hide the staff or keyboard showing you the requested pitch.
set the quiz note range from 0 to 9 ledgerlines above and below the selected staff
the questions won't repeat pitches until each in the entire range specified has been asked (or you reach the end of the quiz)
Give yourself up to three tries to get the correct answer
Notate the pitch that is played on the piano
Play the written note using the piano keyboard.

Modes and Key Signatures
Test knowledge of modes as well as major and minor keys
set a maximum number of sharps or flat to work on.
engaging and unique interface to select the answer.

Intervals – Compound / Simple
Set how the question is asked; Playing the interval harmonically, melodically moving up, or melodically moving down.
The Option to have the intervals given with random root notes (within the set range), or allow you to set what the root will be for the following interval. This can be changed in between each question.
Intervals covered are diminished, major, minor, perfect, and augmented.

Chords
Set how the question is asked; playing the chord normally, rolling up, or rolling down.
Also set a random root movement, or set the root yourself during the quiz.
All seventh types are covered.
Test without the sound for work on identifying the chords by sight alone, or cover the ipad and just listen to the qualities.

Rhythms – Polyrhythms
one or two lines of rhythms simultaneously.
Select the specific combination of note values you want included in the test rhythms: Whole, Half, Quarter, Eighth, Dotted Half, Dotted Quarter, Triplet Half, Triplet Quarter, and Triplet Eighths
Set the length (4 to 32 beats) of the test rhythm.
Include or exclude grading durations of note values.
Include or exclude using rests in the rhythms.
Select from one to three pads (pitches) notated above, below, and on each or the lines.
Select a range of tempo from approximately 30 to 120 bpm.
listen to the rhythms as many times you want before you try playing it yourself.

Example uses:
Use the timer to set an amount of time to work on a specific skill. Have a student work for 3 minutes on key signatures and see how well they do.

You can enter the student's name either in the module itself, or in each of the module setup preferences pages. Just tap on the name and enter the new name.
All the modules allow you to set the number of tries you get (1-3) to answer each question.

Enter the student's name and it passes between the modules, recording with the scores in each one as well as the final combined grades tab. There, a teacher can quickly see how all the students have done in each area, easily editing the results list. Access to this list can be easily locked and unlocked within the app using a password that you set in the iPad's main settings app. Just type the password as the student's name and the grades tab unlocks.

This musical app allows anybody novices, musicians, and expert composers to remix songs in a playful manner using virtual modular tiles.
Each tile has a color and represents an instrument or a particular musical stem. For instance, a yellow tile may represent guitar, and a light blue tile may represent vocal. When two tiles are put next to each other (connected), they will start playing. For instance, connecting a yellow and a light blue tile may produce guitar and vocal sound. However, the sound of each instrument depends on where the tile is connected. Connecting a tile to the North side gives one sound, another sound is produced when connecting the tile to the East side, another sound is produced to the South side, and another to the West side. Having two, three or four tile neighbors connected may also produce different sounds, depending on how the music composer has made the song. For instance, the guitar may sound in up to seven different ways, depending on how you connect the tile representing guitar.

By playing around with the modular tiles of a song, you will discover the different sounds of the tiles, and become able to make your own remixes. Your remixes will depend on how, where, and when you connect and disconnect the tiles, and how well you train yourself to do this.

Red tiles have no music in them and can be used as default tiles that allow you to produce the sound of a specific side of another tile. The red tiles make it easier for you to make “islands” of tiles. It is not necessary for all tiles to be connected. You can, for instance, put them together in islands of two and two. The way you choose to put the modular tiles together all depends on the way you want to play with them to produce your favorite sound.

In the bottom, there is a menu through which you can choose the song that you have downloaded and want to play with. You download new songs by pressing Download Song, choosing the song you want to download, and entering your Apple ID password for payment. Afterwards the song is downloaded and stored in your app for you to play with it.

Next to the play button, there is a record button which allows you to record the performance that you are making into your own song. Afterwards, you can replay your recorded song from the menu (Recordings). You can also email your recorded song in mp4 format.

Songs may use more or less tiles, depending on the number of instruments being used in the song, and some songs may use A, B, and C pieces. In such a case, the different pieces can be chosen in the small bar above the menu bar. Above this bar is another small bar indicating the time, which may facilitate your musical performance with the modular tiles.
